We make dental care easy! For an annual fee of $550, you can sign up for the Elite Smiles Loyalty Program. By becoming a member you gain access to the following benefits:

Exams are 100% covered

Any and all X-rays are 100% covered

No waiting periods, maximums or exclusions

Pricing is $550 per year for an individual, and $400 for each additional member per family. Children under 16 are $200 per year.
